<p>Super song with super guitar sound by <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dave Gilmour" target="_blank" >Dave Gilmour</a>, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Have A Cigar" target="_blank" >Have A Cigar</a> is again one timeless <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pink Floyd" target="_blank" >Pink Floyd</a> song, off <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wish You Were Here" target="_blank" >Wish You Were Here</a>.<br />
<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foo Fighters" target="_blank" >Foo Fighters</a> recorded a version of Have A Cigar, One reason I like them so much, is that they love all kinds of music, and don&#8217;t think themselves too big to turn into a bunch of fans without pretentions, just playing covers they like.<br />
About <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Primus" target="_blank" >Primus</a>&#8217; cover; I don&#8217;t know. I think they&#8217;re too much out of whack. Plus, although I am a bit of a bass player myself, I hate <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Les Claypool" target="_blank" >Les Claypool</a>&#8217;s fretless sound.<br />
For me it is Pink Floyd number one, Foo Fighters&#8217; hommage a good second. But judge for yourself! <img src='http://arthur.kamst.com/10000/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
